The dish that started it all, Short Rib Eggs Benedict with Maple Glazed Bacon with Fennel from Farmer’s Hardware 🤤 It’s been awhile since Farmer’s Hardware closed and I’ve been craving this dish ever since. When I first started my foodie journey, this was one of the first dishes I photographed. It became a regular staple in late 2018/ early 2019. Every Saturday morning after I finished teaching fitness classes, Jess and I would treat ourselves to our favorite spot in Saratoga. Becoming brunch people really unleashed our true millennialism. The rustic charm of the historic building, the farm-inspired menu full of delicious eats, the Saratoga ambience — it was a truly magical place and the home to one of the best meals I’ve ever had 😋
