How to Make Baked Maryland Crab Stuffed Haddock
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small baking dish, place the white whine and butter. Add the stuffed haddock to the dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 17 minutes or the internal temperature of the fish is 150 degrees. Plate.
Place seasoned potatoes on a baking tray. Space the potatoes so they are not touching. Bake 15 minutes or until potatoes reached desired softness. Plate.
In a warm saute pan, add portioned oil, herbs, and succotash. Saute until warm. Plate, topping with a pinch of fresh basil.
