Photos from an event at local restaurant. Dishes include:

Scallop Ceviche: calamansi juice marinade, japanese cucumber, birds eye chili, fried shallots.

Doppio Ravioli: duck confit, smoked gouda, blood orange duck jus, bruleed orange segments.

Thai Marinated Red Snapper: kimchi-jiggae, charred meyer lemon ponzu, wasabi crema, sesame crusted nori.

Scallop Carpaccio: sancho pepper crust, truffle ponzu, yuzu oil, shoyu “caviar”, pink ninja radish, micro shiso leaf.

Wild Boar Porchetta: foie gras stuffing, swiss chard, cauliflower whipped potato, charred tangerine & beer glaze.

45 Day Dry-Aged Striploin: roasted chestnut soubise, grilled maitake mushrooms, bordelaise, tempura onion ring.

Lemon Ricotta Tart: shortbread crust, pistachio creme anglaise, raspberry chantilly, toasted coconut.
